Meet The Face Behind Patncat Co Inc.

I’m Catharine Eldridge, the proud owner and president of Patncat Co Inc. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

After working with numerous industries for nearly thirty years in bookkeeping and accounting roles, I was laid off during the 2008 recession and found myself needing employment. Wanting to help small businesses, with the help and encouragement of my late husband, I started my business in 2009 and was officially incorporated as Patncat Co Inc. in 2011. 

Since starting my practice over ten years ago and working for myself and my clients, I can truthfully say that I have gained invaluable knowledge and can handle the responsibilities of larger accounts. I have prioritized my customers’ wellbeing and streamlined my process, giving me time to help more people.

I absolutely love seeing my clients triumph and find that the bookkeeping services I provide are the catalysts that launch my customer’s businesses and finances to the next level. My business philosophy is “when you succeed, we succeed”, and I strive to make every client’s account reflect this motto. 

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my compassion for people, along with deep knowledge and in-depth understanding of my trade. I attribute my success to my employees’ dedication and competence, as without them, Patncat Co Inc. would not exist. I believe that my team is my most significant asset, and I make sure they know they are valued and appreciated.

Over the years, I discovered the most gratifying moment in business is when we complete a previously panicky client’s project, offering them peace of mind and the confidence their business is in safe hands. The realization that my practice goes a long way towards improving my community’s financial literacy and helping businesses grow has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I enjoy painting, reading, and spending time with my children. I also love my dogs and never miss a chance to go for a hike with them when the weather permits. 

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
